Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SEOGrove, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

SEOGrove provides AI-assisted SEO content generation, citation monitoring, keyword research, and related tools to help you improve organic search and AI citation visibility for your websites.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person or entity per account — you may not share accounts.
• Notify us immediately at info@seogrove.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SEOGrove to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code or models.
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the service without our written consent.
• Use the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

Your Content

You own the content you bring to SEOGrove — your site URLs, writing guidelines, and any data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, platform policies (including search engine guidelines), and any third-party rights. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or free of errors.

Payment & Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• If payment fails, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice where reasonably practical.

Disclaimers

SEOGrove is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve any particular search ranking or citation outcome. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEOGrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SEOGrove after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
