What We Collect

Account data — your email address. We use it to send you a magic link to sign in.
Site data — URLs and content you add to SEOGrove so we can generate and manage your SEO content.
Google Search Console data — if you connect GSC, we get read-only access to your search query and performance data. We use it for keyword and content recommendations, and only keep what's needed to do that.
Usage data — standard server logs: pages visited, actions taken, performance metrics.
Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How We Use Your Data

To run SEOGrove: content generation, citation monitoring, keyword research.
To send transactional emails — magic links and billing receipts.
To improve the product.
To meet legal obligations.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with anyone outside what's described below.

Third-Party Services

Anthropic / OpenAI — your site content and queries are sent to AI providers to generate SEO content, processed under their own privacy policies.
Google — the GSC integration uses Google's OAuth and Search Console API, covered by Google's Privacy Policy.
Stripe — handles payment processing, covered by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Resend — sends your transactional emails.

Google User Data

SEOGrove's use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect Google Search Console, we request read-only access to your site's search performance data. We use this data solely to provide keyword insights and content recommendations within SEOGrove. We do not transfer this data to third parties except as necessary to operate the service. We do not use this data for advertising or to train AI models.

Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings — all your data is removed immediately.

Security

All data travels over HTTPS. Credentials and tokens are encrypted at rest.

Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. For other requests — accessing or correcting your data — email info@seogrove.io. If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

One session cookie, used to keep you logged in. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies.

Changes to This Policy

We'll update this page if anything changes, and email you about anything significant. The date at the top shows when we last made changes.
